These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the services provided by Central Enterprises LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By engaging our services or using this website, you agree to these Terms.
Central Enterprises LLC develops and operates software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications, including VaultKey, PhishGuard, and Azure Sec Sentinel, and provides professional security services, including Azure security reviews and micro penetration tests. Product access is provided on a subscription basis under the plan you select at signup. Security services are performed under a written engagement agreement that defines scope, authorization, timeline, and fees before work begins, and only against systems the client owns or is authorized to have tested.
Subscription pricing is displayed before you purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. Payments are processed securely through our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full payment card details on our systems.
You agree to use our products lawfully, to keep your account credentials secure, and not to resell, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the operation of our services.
You may cancel a subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and you retain access until then. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.
Our software, branding, and content remain the property of Central Enterprises LLC. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the products for your own business purposes. Your data remains yours.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of your use of a product is limited to the fees you paid for that product in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Central Enterprises LLC is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date.
